OFA Convention Cancellation Policy for 2025

There shall be a 75% refund of registration fees when a request, in writing is made before January 6, 2025. (30 days out).

Registered attendees must email their cancellation notice in writing by email to [email protected] or [email protected] or by mail: OFA, 5401 S Sheridan Road, Suite 301, Tulsa, OK 74145.

Appeals due to emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis by OFA Officers with a maximum of 90% reimbursed.

Attendees eligible for fee waivers will be refunded after February 9, 2025 once the OFA 2025 Convention concludes by the Officers.
